When someone takes a portrait it will always tell a story about the image and it will also tell what the subject was about the picture.
Something important is that their are two points of view of the image because their is the photographers and the person that is being photographed, this makes up two stories and might share the same emotions

For example the story “Small boy. big world” if the picture was only taken of his face the whole picture will be telling a different story and would lose a lot of purpose
